Team Memories: Decisions That Outlast the Conversation

Project and team memories make informal decisions available to later conversations, with review for extracted notes.

By ·

Some of the most useful context is a decision made in conversation: a payment method is out of scope, a deadline has moved, or an earlier assumption no longer holds. Memories give those facts a home without requiring another document just to preserve a sentence.

Keep the team's decisions available for the next conversation.

Tell the assistant what was decided and keep the memory with a project or across the team's projects. The chat shows a card you can edit or undo. When a decision changes, its replacement can retain the earlier memory as history rather than leave two contradictory instructions in circulation.

Uploaded notes and transcripts can also produce proposed memories. These include the source lines and wait for a person to accept them; extraction is not agreement. Project members can contribute project memories, while team-wide additions follow the admin review boundary.

Memories help future assistant conversations and connected agents recover context. They are not a guarantee that an inferred decision is correct, so review both its wording and where it belongs before relying on it.
